Journaling allows people to clarify thoughts and feelings, thereby giving valuable self-knowledge. Journaling about traumatic events  helps you to emotionally process memories, understand your feelings and work through them in a safe space.

THE CLUB

The Journal Club is a monthly subscription service part of the YouTube Membership scheme. 

This is the only tier that is available through the membership. What that gives you is for £2.99 | $4.07 a month you receive one journal prompt every week. They are released every Monday and they are in the community members tab on YouTube.

If you have been following me for a long time you will know what a big fan I am of journaling and if you have worked with me, I encourage all my clients to have their own personal journal to record their thoughts, emotions and break throughs. This helps in being able ot process what comes up for you at the time of the work. Its like having therapy with yourself! 

Since launching The Journal Club something very wonderful has happened. many of you are using this space to record your feelings and sharing them with the wider Community in this safe space. Which means that you are getting major benefit from sharing experiences but also receiving peer support.
